Sales and Delivery Conditions

Payment

All amounts are in Danish currency (DKK) Danish Kroner.

To purchase at www.inuitquality.gl you must possess a valid credit card, mobilepay or pay with a bank transfer that includes a valid bank account number and IBAN code.

There is no extra charge for using credit cards.

We accept: MasterCard, Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay, JCB, UnionPay and American Express.

Delivery

Your order will be packed and shipped on the day.

Expected delivery is 3-14 business days within Greenland and Denmark.

7-30 days outside Greenland and Denmark.

Returns

Danish Sales and Goods act apply.

We offer 2 years warranty. The warranty covers defects in the fabrics or issues caused by mal production. The warranty does not cover product damages caused by misuse or misapplication of the products.

INUIT Quality Clothes Of Greenland will cover cost of returning to a fair extent.

Packages and returns on COD or similar are not accepted.

Missing original packaging may result in a reduction in the value of an item. To receive a full refund, is it recommended to return the product in its original packaging.

When returning the items, you should make sure that they are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package / items until received by us. Keep the receipt from the courier and if applicable the track and trace number.

14-day cancellation period

You have a 14-day right of cencellation, required you inform inuitquality, within the 14 days from the purchase.

Any cost related to the returning og the package/Item must be held by the customer.

You are allowed to try the items as you would in a physical store.
